For over 13 years, Victoria has specialized in health care research and project management. Upon joining the AMA in 2020, she took on responsibility for the AMA Guides® to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment (AMA Guides) – the methodology used to determine the loss of function associated with an injury or illness. She is primarily responsible for the AMA Guides Content Governance process, which includes oversight of the AMA Guides Editorial Panel along with the editorial process to update the AMA Guides. She graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in Biology, and DePaul University with a Master of Public Health.
