Tritia Yamasaki, MD, PhD

Dr. Yamasaki is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at University of Kentucky. She completed her BS in biology from Yale University, and her MD and PhD at University of California, Irvine. After an internship at Irvine and neurology residency at University of California, Los Angeles, she completed a movement disorder fellowship at Washington University in St Louis. She joined the faculty at University of Kentucky in 2015 where she sees patients with movement disorders in clinic and at UK Hospital. Her research focuses on the pathologic aggregation of alpha-synuclein in Parkinson’s disease and related disorders.
