Dr. Ludy Shih is Associate Professor of Neurology at Boston University School of Medicine and is also the Director of the Deep Brain Stimulation Program at Boston Medical Center. Her work includes the use of wearable sensors and other objective methods to assess and characterize tremor, gait and related neurologic impairments and has been funded by the Michael J. Fox Foundation and the Consortia for Improving Medicine with Innovation and Technology (CIMIT). She serves on the Medical Advisory Board for the International Essential Tremor Foundation, the International Parkinson's Disease and Movement Disorders Society Tremor Study Group and previously served on the Steering Committee for the Registry for Advancement of Deep Brain Stimulation Therapy for Parkinson’s Disease (RAD-PD).
