Juliane Gust, MD, PhD

Dr. Juliane Gust is a pediatric neurologist interested in the effects of cancer therapy and systemic inflammation on the developing brain. Her currrent work focuses on determining the pathomechanisms of neurotoxicity associated with chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy. Dr Gust graduated from the Medical Scientist Training Program at the University of Washington in 2012, and completed her Child Neurology residency at Seattle Children’s/UW in 2017. She is the recipient of a Child Neurology Career Development Program K12 award, a Child Neurology Society Outstanding Junior Member award, and a NINDS K08 Award.
