Dr. Fifi is a board-certified neuroendovascular specialist and an Associate Professor of Neurosurgery, Neurology, and Radiology at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. She is also Associate Director of the Cerebrovascular Center, Site Director of Cerebrovascular Services at Mount Sinai West, and Co-Director of the Neuroendovascular Surgery Fellowship Program. Dr. Fifi specializes in the endovascular treatment of cerebrovascular disorders including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations and fistulas of the brain and spine, stroke, intracranial and carotid stenosis, and pre-operative embolization of tumors, as well as craniofacial vascular lesions in adults and children.
